It was my very first time seeing a hypnotherapist so I was obviously a bit nervous, the nerves soon went & felt at ease in the comfortable room & with Darinka’s warm smile.I’m on session 5 now & meeting once a week. Although not at first obvious have noticed a subtle changes in my mood & how I approach certain situations, using tools Darinka has shown me during the sessions.
